Wastewater Treatment

I.Effluent disposal

The company specializes in treating municipal domestic wastewater, hospital medical wastewater, food and beverage wastewater, livestock farming and slaughterhouse wastewater, dyeing and printing wastewater, chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, and other related categories. It possesses extensive engineering experience in handling highly challenging wastewater conditions characterized by high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high salinity, and high sulfate concentrations.

Wastewater treatment process:

● Physical Law

● chemical methods

● Biological Method (Core)

Physical Processing Method (Physical Procedure)

1. Screening Method

2. Sedimentation Method (Sedimentation)

3. Gas Flotation Method (Flotation)

4. Filtration Method

Chemical Treatment Method (Chemical Process)

1. Coagulation and Flocculation Method

2. Neutralization Method

3. Chemical Oxidation Method

4. Disinfection

Biological Treatment Process (Biological Process)

1. Aerobic biological treatment (Aerobic Processes): The most classic and mainstream process.

2. Anaerobic biological treatment (Anaerobic Processes) is carried out under anaerobic conditions.

II. Water Treatment:

Water treatment (also known as water supply treatment) is a process that treats natural water sources (such as river water).

The process of purifying lake water, reservoir water, or groundwater into drinking water that meets national sanitary standards for potable water.

The core objective is to remove physical, chemical, and biological pollutants from water, ensuring that the supplied water is safe, clean, and suitable for drinking and use.

Raw water → Water intake pump room → (Pre-treatment) → Coagulation → Sedimentation → Filtration → (Advanced treatment: activated carbon/membrane) → Disinfection → Water purification in reservoir → Secondary pump room → Municipal water distribution network → End-user supply Raw water → Water intake pump room → (Pre-treatment) → Coagulation → Sedimentation → Filtration → (Advanced treatment: activated carbon/membrane) → Disinfection → Water purification in reservoir → Secondary pump room → Municipal water distribution network → End-user supply

III. Pure Water Treatment:

Core Membrane Treatment Process (Most Common)

Pre-treatment → Ultrafiltration (UF) → Reverse Osmosis (RO) → Final Treatment (EDI/Mixed Bed)

1. Ultrafiltration membrane (UF)

Function: Remove suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and large molecular organic substances; protect the subsequent RO membrane from clogging or scratching.

2. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane – The Core of Pure Water Production

Principle: Under pressure, water passes through the membrane while salts, heavy metals, and ions are blocked. 3. Advanced treatment membrane/electrodeionization (EDI).

After RO, remove the remaining trace ions using an EDI membrane stack or a polishing mixed bed.
