Blow-and-fill machine (Blow-Fill-Spin integrated machine / Blow-Fill-Seal BFS
Complete production process flow (PET blow-molding, filling, and spinning):

PET bottle blank feeding → Automatic blank sorting → Infrared uniform heating and softening → Drawing + high-pressure blowing to form bottles → Direct transfer by robotic arm to filling station → Internal rinsing and sterilization (optional) → Precise liquid filling → Automatic cap placement for secure sealing → Final product bottles are conveyed to the coding/sticking stage

Applicable Industries

1. Food and beverage industry (with the largest consumption)   2. Daily chemical products and personal care items

3. Pharmaceutical Aseptic Industry (BFS Model) 4. Chemical Reagents

Key advantages over traditional split-type systems (comprising a separate bottle blowing machine and a separate filling machine):

1. Over 40% space savings: Integrated design eliminates dedicated bottle transportation corridors, significantly reducing factory footprint;

2. Higher hygiene standard: The blown bottles are transported in a fully sealed state throughout the process, avoiding contact with external air and eliminating secondary contamination during empty bottle handling;

3. Energy consumption reduced by 20%–25%: Elimination of empty bottle transfer fans and dedicated rinsing equipment, with energy-efficient and stable performance achieved through the integrated servo system;

4. Lower labor costs: Each unit requires only one operator, eliminating the need to separately oversee both the bottle-blowing and filling production lines.

5. Lower failure rate: synchronized operation across workstations reduces intermediate transfer bottling and emptying failures;

6. Easy cleaning: The entire unit can be cleaned using CIP technology without disassembling the equipment, complying with food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
