Complete Process Flow of the SNC R Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction System
Urea/ammonia solution storage → dissolution and dilution → metered delivery → multi-layer spray gun atomization in the high-temperature zone of the furnace → high-temperature reaction within the flue gas → dust removal and desulfurization during subsequent flue gas discharge
applicable scene
Small and medium chain furnaces; biomass boilers; brick kilns; lime kilns; waste incinerators; pre-treatment systems for ultra-low emission retrofitting.
SCR Selective Catalytic Reduction System (high-efficiency denitrification rate of 90%–98%)
Complete Process Flow
Flue gas from the boiler economizer → ammonia injection grid mixing with ammonia → reaction in the SCR reactor's catalyst layer → heat exchange via air preheater/GGH → dust removal and desulfurization processes
SNCR+S C combined denitrification system (a commonly used ultra-low emission configuration)
The furnace is equipped with SNCR injection nozzles for pre-removal of 40%–60% of NOx; an SCR reactor is added to the tail flue for advanced treatment, achieving a combined denitrification efficiency of ≥95%.
Advantages of R: reduces SCR catalyst consumption, decreases total ammonia injection volume, lowers overall equipment investment, and is suitable for high-nitrogen oxide flue gas conditions.
