Complete set of equipment for waste sorting and incineration

Complete Process Flow

Original municipal solid waste enters the facility → Temporarily stored in a sealed pit → Fed by grab bucket → Subjected to coarse crushing → Treated with roller screening → Subjected to magnetic separation, air separation, and multi-stage eddy current separation → Combustible materials are sent to the incinerator for combustion; inert slag and metals are separated and recycled.

Incineration of high-temperature flue gas → Heat recovery via waste heat boiler → Preliminary denitrification using SNCR → Dust removal by bag filter → Advanced denitrification via SCR → Dual-alkali desulfurization for SO₂ removal → Activated carbon treatment for dioxins and heavy metals removal → Chimney emissions meet regulatory standards.

Collection of dewatering pits/sorter leachate → Integrated biochemical pretreatment + ultrafiltration (UF) + reverse osmosis (RO) dual-membrane water treatment system → Reuse of treated water

Centralized collection of workshop odors → integrated biological deodorization treatment system for emission control; resource recovery through slag transportation; chelation and stabilization of fly ash before hazardous waste disposal.

Core Set of Advantages

1. Integrated design throughout the entire process, enabling coordinated treatment of materials, flue gas, wastewater, and odors with no secondary pollution;

2. The flue gas undergoes multi-stage treatment including SNCR + SCR, baghouse filtration, and dual-alkali desulfurization to meet the national ultra-low emission standards for municipal solid waste incineration.

3. Waste heat recovery achieves energy self-sufficiency and reduces operating costs;

4. Integrated water treatment and deodorization systems are deployed for leachate and workshop odors, ensuring zero odor emissions throughout the facility with wastewater reuse;

5. Featuring centralized fully automated control with interlocked operation of the entire system, it supports remote monitoring and meets environmental compliance requirements for solid waste disposal.

Applicable Materials for Processing

1. Urban domestic waste and mixed waste from towns; 2. General industrial solid waste and garden waste;           1. Urban domestic waste and mixed waste from towns; 2. General industrial solid waste and garden waste;

3. Co-processing of food waste (with a supporting pretreatment and dehydration system); 4. Co-incineration of sludge (with an optional sludge drying module).
